01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and mantul138 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://mantul138.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mantul138 Platform — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or interacting with any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the mantul138 Platform, through which the Member accesses games, manages funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet released through wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money made by a Member into their Account via any supported payment method, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by mantul138 before processing withdrawals or as required at the Company's discretion.
• "Platform" means the website located at https://mantul138.cam and all associated pages, services, products, and features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager value a Member must accumulate before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or participation in real-money online gaming is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

03 Account Eligibility 21+ Only

Membership and participation on the mantul138 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mantul138 enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
4. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by mantul138 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact our support team before attempting to register.
5. Not a Company Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotion.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the mantul138 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, or contact details, is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
• You agree to notify mantul138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• mantul138 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an Account where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon withdrawal request, upon suspicious activity detection, or as part of routine compliance checks.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

mantul138 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
2. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit for most methods is RM30.
3. mantul138 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may apply independent charges for which mantul138 accepts no liability.
4. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain network. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Member's sole responsibility.
5. mantul138 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of being related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

06 Withdrawals KYC Required

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC verified prior to the first withdrawal being processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or valid passport) and proof of address.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be met in full before the associated balance may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit as determined by their VIP tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX) within 1 business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 10–60 minutes subject to network congestion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

mantul138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific offer terms.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering must be completed using the same game category for which the bonus was awarded (e.g., a slots bonus may not be wagered exclusively on live casino tables).
3. mantul138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively subject to wagering.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
5. The 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688) is available on each qualifying cryptocurrency deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply as communicated on the promotions page.
6. VIP Loyalty Programme cashback is calculated based on net losses over each qualifying period and is credited automatically to eligible accounts. Cashback amounts are subject to the wagering multiplier applicable to the Member's VIP tier at the time of calculation.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the mantul138 Platform are final once confirmed. The following rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing mechanisms overseen by trained croupiers. All RNG systems are independently audited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, communication errors, or software bugs — during a game or bet, mantul138 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance.
• Sports betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at the Company's discretion, including but not limited to events abandoned, postponed, or cancelled. Refund policies for each sport and market type are detailed in the sportsbook rules available on the Platform.
• mantul138 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, maximum winnings, or restrict access to specific markets for any Member without prior notice, where such action is required for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Any bet or wager placed in error by the Member — including bets placed on incorrect markets, incorrect selections, or with incorrect stakes — is the sole responsibility of the Member. mantul138 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a clear technical error has occurred on the Platform's part.

09 Prohibited Conduct Important

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mantul138 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms, game mechanics, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers that is contrary to the spirit of legitimate recreational gambling.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or misappropriated funds to deposit or transact on the Platform.
• Participating in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during the registration or KYC verification process.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

mantul138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial misconduct.
• Discovery that a Member is below the minimum age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following appropriate notification.
• Regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's Balance shall be held securely and returned to the Member (net of any fraudulently obtained amounts) upon resolution of the investigation, provided no breach is confirmed. Where a breach is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending legal proceedings.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the mantul138 Platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, source code, game assets, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of mantul138 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mantul138.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mantul138 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from technical errors, game malfunctions, or interrupted sessions, except where such losses are directly attributable to gross negligence on the part of the Company.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, server failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mantul138's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gambling 21+ Only

mantul138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Company provides the following tools to assist Members in maintaining control:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session duration reminders and hard cutoffs.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum allowable loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a matter of priority.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the personal data that is necessary for the operation of your Account, compliance with regulatory obligations, and the provision of support services. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

mantul138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Members and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of your Balance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which the mantul138 Platform is licensed and operated.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Members may contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. mantul138 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and to provide a substantive resolution within 28 calendar days.

Where internal dispute resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant competent authority or dispute resolution body as specified by the applicable gaming licence under which the Platform operates.
